Since we incorporated in 1999, the Network has been guided by its board of directors. All Network members are eligible to run for positions on the board.

MEMBERSHIP

Anyone who has visited a psychiatrist or otherwise used the mental health system, or who self-identifies as a consumer/ survivor, can become a member of the Network free of charge.

Most of our members have been diagnosed and/or hospitalized at some point in their lives.

We strive for member control and transparency; our financial statements, board meeting minutes and AGM minutes are open to review by members upon request. Please note that membership lists, resumé and tax information are kept confidential.
